"They Excluded one of my children in my policy with out telling me.Told me to come in to sign papers they had found me a cheaper rate but never mentioned excluding my son from the policy ...I didn't even know until I reviewed my policy page for page when I got a chance...I recommend going over any paper work this company hands you page for page because they make changes without telling you...I am very disgusted.VERY unprofessional and I will be cancelling and going to another agency."
